RingCentral Now Integrates With Office 365
Today we are excited to announce RingCentral’s integration with Microsoft Office 365. Our flagship product RingCentral Office now seamlessly blends business communications into the leading cloud productivity work environment.
Why is this important? Here at RingCentral, we’ve set out to redefine business communications by eliminating the expense and complications of legacy on-premise systems. RingCentral has become a leading cloud-based communications solution, relied on by more than 300,000 businesses. By integrating RingCentral with Office 365, our customers who use Office 365 now have a powerful best-of-breed solution for business communications and their productivity suite.
Customers will enjoy a complete enterprise-grade PBX solution that offers cloud-based business calling, SMS text messages, video conferencing, and web meeting capabilities. Users can click to call any phone number from within the Office 365 interface, and make outbound calls to phone numbers and calls internally across offices, using the Corporate Directory. Contacts are automatically combined between RingCentral and Outlook and are easily searchable within a single interface. Users can also set up online video meetings and audio conferences that automatically pop up in the Office 365 Calendar.
The tremendous growth and sizable install base of Office 365 makes this integration an important milestone for us, and this is a big step forward for Office 365 customers to finally have seamless integration between their communications and productivity suite.
The integration with Office 365 is just the latest step in demonstrating RingCentral’s open platform leadership and the capabilities of the RingCentral Connect Platform. Other examples of RingCentral Office integration partners include Google, Oracle, Salesforce, Zendesk, and others.
