Some questions to ask are: who in the organization would best benefit from mobility, what type of company data would you make available for workers on-the-go, what are measurable benefits of going mobile?

Next, a business should outline its phone system needs and evaluate different solutions based on its office, mobile and future needs. Conducting a comprehensive review of business activities helps you determine how mobility can make your processes faster and more efficient. Some questions to ask are: what are the pain points among your workers today when they are out in the field, what emerging devices and applications might be helpful to your business?
3. Select the Right Solution
Synthesize your findings into a strategic implementation plan and select the right solution that fits your business. It’s important to find a solution that works for the business, rather than the business working under the constraints of a solution. Plus, your strategy should include directions for the technology, including the steps required to prepare for the future integration or convergence of fixed and mobile communications.
