We found each other through mutual friends while in college almost 14 years ago.
What Daily Challenges Affect Your Business?
It’s always a challenge juggling client needs with business needs. There don’t seem to be enough hours in the day to make sure projects are taken care of, while trying to keep an eye on our overall business strategy. It’s important that we focus on growing the business in a smart way that aligns with our personal and professional goals as owners.
How Do You Use RingCentral in Your Business?
Since we work from multiple locations, we use RingCentral as our primary business line. We like the flexibility of connecting it to any of our team members around the globe.
Do You Have Any Advice to Give Other Small Business Owners?
Never be afraid to make changes in your business. Our business looks quite different from the way it did when we started. The only thing that is exactly the same is the fact that we’re still the owners! We started as two separate businesses and merged them together to focus on our strengths. As the market changed, we narrowed our service offerings and client demographics. It’s a continual process that should be approached with excitement, instead of fear.
