Dancik Capital founder Matt Dancik

Matt Dancik, the founder of real estate investment firm Dancik Capital Group, spends a lot of his time on the phone. He has partners in Southern California and New York with whom he communicates constantly, and he works with title companies, appraisers and property owners across the nation.

When Matt founded DCG, he knew much of his business would take place over the phone. It’s for that reason that he started investigating toll-free phone number options, he told us in a recent conversation.

“I was doing research on building a website and other logistics matters, and I realized that it would make sense to set up an 800 number,” Matt said.

Matt’s decision to sign up for a toll-free business number led him to RingCentral. RingCentral’s free softphone – available with Fax, Professional and Office plans – was another perk, Matt discovered. And the fact that he could get VoIP phone service for a low monthly price offered yet another reason to sign up.

Today, Matt is thrilled he opted for RingCentral. With RingCentral’s suite of mobile apps, Matt and his partners can stay in touch with prospects and vendors even when they’re out of the office. “We are accessible to our clients 100 percent of the time,” Matt noted. “Plus, we’re able to use RingCentral minutes when we’re on our smartphones. That’s a great feature.”

Dancik Capital_large DCG specializes in purchasing mortgages from homeowners and then lining up carryback financing for them. The property owners from whom DCG buys mortgages receive cash in a lump-sum payment, while the firm’s investors gain an interest in an appreciating asset – an arrangement that Matt described as a “win-win” for both parties.

In much the same way, RingCentral has proven to be a boon to DCG. “RingCentral’s technology has made working in my office and interfacing with my partners very convenient,” Matt indicated.

When Matt does have a question, RingCentral’s customer service team is responsive and professional. “I know that when I call, I’ll get someone who knows what I’m doing or will find out,” he said. “It’s easy for me to be a Superfan because I’ve had so many good experiences with RingCentral.”
