Mentoring the next wave of innovators: AmCham Hackathon

This spring, we participated in a hackathon organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria. Two of our brilliant colleagues stepped up as mentors, guiding student teams over the course of a month from initial concept to final presentation:

• Oksana (Managerial Track): Challenged students with a strategic case on how to effectively develop and guide teams through organizational transitions.
• Raisa (Tech Track, QA Engineer): Tasked students with a technical case to build an application designed for software tracking and testing.

Through weekly check-ins, hands-on coaching, and strategic direction, our mentors helped students refine their ideas, resulting in an exciting month filled with motivation, discovery, and hard work.

Celebrating new beginnings: Technical University of Sofia graduation

There is nothing more inspiring than watching the next wave of tech innovators take their first steps into the professional world. We had the distinct honor of attending the graduation ceremony at the Technical University of Sofia, where we shared encouraging words with the graduates as they embarked on their professional journeys.

Quantum Minds competition

Innovation requires thinking outside the box, which is why we continue to support Quantum Minds — a premier mathematics competition organized by our long-term partner, the Technical University of Sofia. To fuel the students’ analytical thinking, RingCentral Bulgaria provided the competitors with healthy snack sets, reusable lunchboxes, and special gifts for the tournament winners.
