In 2013, EAH Housing began migrating its IT environment to the cloud by implementing Microsoft 365. The organization has since reached its goal of having zero on-premise reliance. In regards to a phone system, EAH Housing needed an innovative cloud business communications system that was transparent and could be easily managed in-house. With over 475 employees across different office locations, EAH Housing previously had several different providers and various forms of equipment.

Based on these requirements, RingCentral was a perfect fit. EAH Housing also enjoys the freedom of being able to choose from a variety of equipment as opposed to something proprietary.

Now that EAH Housing employees are RingCentral users, they have a robust communications and collaboration solution at their fingertips, whether they are in the office or using the RingCentral Mobile app on the road. Features such as internet faxing, conferencing, easy access to call logs, and call forwarding have significantly increased productivity in such a way that workforce turnover has decreased.

The staff at EAH Housing is enjoying its newfound communication capabilities and look forward to seeing ongoing innovations in RingCentral.
