RingCentral provided Corporate Payroll Services’ developers with code to quickly and easily integrate features, such as a custom dial-out Windows app. Software developers also received a kit that allowed them to integrate WebRTC into the platform.

Corporate Payroll Services has already reaped many of the benefits of embracing a cloud communications solution. For instance, now when blizzards in the Northeast or hurricanes in the South keep employees away from the office, CPS staff can quickly re-route calls without depending on a third party carrier, which historically could cause delays. Calls are transferred to different locations within minutes, and employees can work from home using the RingCentral Desktop softphone or Mobile app. RingCentral has enabled Corporate Payroll Services to focus on what it does best, payroll, and enjoy the technologies that others do best.
