Celebrating our Spirit of Innovation and Looking Back on 2023 with Deep Appreciation and Gratitude for our Customers, Partners, and Employees

As this year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect and thank our customers, partners, and employees for a milestone year for our business and our industry.

In time, we may very well look back at 2023 as a pivotal moment in technology history. The pace of innovation accelerated rapidly with artificial intelligence becoming one of the fastest adopted business technologies in history. AI stands to become the mother of all megatrends, and RingCentral is well positioned to benefit — as we pioneer the way AI reshapes everyday business communications and customer experiences. 

We’re in the early innings, and we’re off to a phenomenal start with the launch of our RingSense AI platform earlier this year. We’re working to infuse AI across our entire portfolio, from making phone calls and video meetings smarter and more productive, to empowering sales teams with conversational AI that enables them to better understand specific customer needs and use-cases. 

We’re also applying AI to our two newest products, RingCentral Events, a comprehensive solution for engaging and interactive experiences across virtual, hybrid and in-person events, and RingCX, an AI-first contact center solution set to transform the customer experience landscape. These innovations reflect our commitment to the changing needs of businesses and their customers by delivering streamlined and efficient customer experiences, while fostering clear, effective business communications.

Leveraging our battle-tested leading platform, and these world-class innovations, we welcomed many new customers to the RingCentral community, including leading insurance and brokerage firm, NFP; Republic Airways, one of the largest regional airlines in the US; and MMC, Inc, a leading HR outsourcing company. We’re excited about the early traction RingCX is achieving since launch, including a new 1,000+ seat win from a Fortune 500 company. Also joining our customer community in 2023 are many of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Spotify and Reddit, who rely on RingCentral Events to host their internal and external events. 

In our partner community, we surpassed 16,000 channel partners globally and garnered recognition as the Top Collaboration Sales or Growth vendor by five of the leading technology services distributors around the world. We’re honored to have received AVANT Communications’ #1 overall vendor of the year status across their entire portfolio. Our channel partners continue to play a key role in bringing our cloud solutions to market, particularly within key verticals like financial services, healthcare, and public sector, and the enterprise space. 

On the global service provider front, we extended our partnership with Vodafone in 2023, launching joint solutions in Portugal, Italy, Ireland, and Spain, which brings the total countries we jointly support to six. We also launched our lead offering with Charter Enterprise, which follows our exclusive SMB solution with Charter that launched in late 2022. We’ve seen strong momentum with our global service provider partners, and we look forward to more in 2024 as we bring our reliable and secure communications platform to customers everywhere to drive improved business outcomes. 

At RingCentral, we are transforming into an AI-first, multi-product company, not just for the sake of innovation, but to create real, tangible value for those we serve. I am honored to lead RingCentral’s dynamic team, united in our mission to shape our future growth while prioritizing our customers’ and partners’ needs.
