We’ve had conversations with international businesses and listened to our customers and learned that businesses need communications solutions that address a global reach. The rollout of RingCentral Office in Europe is a major milestone in our global expansion.

It started with the launch of RingCentral Global Office, wherein we were able provide service in 30-plus countries to businesses with branch offices in any of these locations. With the announcement of our European expansion, we have taken our offering a step further: now RingCentral provides in-country service, euro billing, local sales, support, and local-language product.

RingCentral’s world-renowned solution, which has been available in the US, Canada, and UK, is now available across Europe, allowing enterprises across 13 countries to have full access to the RingCentral suite of products. The RingCentral Europe solution is available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Using our existing infrastructure, RingCentral is able to extend its enterprise-grade quality of service, compliance, security, and reliability across the globe, with 17 data centres worldwide. RingCentral has taken it an extra step, now offering global customer care service in local languages, including French, Canadian French, German, and Spanish. RingCentral is also committed to increasing the number of languages supported within the product with Spanish and Italian being added by July 2017. All of this is in addition to opening new offices in Paris, Amsterdam, and Dublin to complement our existing offices in the US, UK, Canada, and Singapore.

One of the topics that came up repeatedly in our conversations with existing customers and prospects was the need for a unified communications solution across Europe that is billed in local currencies, with local support and sales representation.  Many companies sell into the European market, but it is not standard practice to provide localisation in every facet of the business. We have extended our service to provide businesses across Europe with the same standard of service that we have been providing across the United States, Canada, and the UK.

RingCentral is excited to expand across Europe with a strong product offering, allowing businesses to communicate, collaborate, and connect efficiently and effectively with their colleagues and customers. RingCentral has also gone out and started building strong relationships with channel partners such as NRX, Devoteam, Cloud Technology Solutions, CDW, and NetPremacy, among others, thus further expanding our reach.
