RingCentral Germany GmbH Terms of Service
If Your Home Country, as defined in the Agreement, is any country other than Germany, the terms identified below for your Home Country supersede the terms in the primary agreement.
Austria
No additional terms for Austria.
Belgium
Section 5(B)(ii) (Emergency Services). The following language shall be added to the end of this section:
“YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME, NOR ATTEMPT TO, PLACE EMERGENCY CALLS IF YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES NOMADICALLY, AND IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE MEANS FOR PLACING EMERGENCY CALLS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.”
Denmark
Section 3(B)(Invoicing and Payment). The final sentence of this section is replaced with the following:
“If any fees or charges are not paid within thirty (30) days of their due date, RingCentral may terminate the elements of the Plan Services to which those fees or charges relate. If such unpaid fees or charges amount to the entire sum due under the Agreement, or there has been a situation of fraud, or there have been repeated instances of late payment or non-payment by You, RingCentral may terminate Your Plan Services without notice.”
Ireland
The following sentence is included as a new paragraph at the conclusion of the introductory text:
“RingCentral Ireland Ltd provides all telecommunications services offered to You within Ireland. RingCentral Germany GmbH, is responsible for all contracting, billing, and customer care related to those services.”
Luxembourg
No additional terms for Luxembourg.
Netherlands
No additional terms for Netherlands.
Norway
Section 3(B)(Invoicing and Payment). The final sentence of this section is replaced with the following:
“RingCentral may terminate the Plan Services and the Agreement for non-payment if any fees or charges are not paid within thirty (30) days of the days of a payment reminder being issued.”
Portugal
No additional terms for Portugal.
Spain
The following sentence is included as a new paragraph at the conclusion of the introductory text:
“RingCentral Spain, S.L. provides all telecommunications services offered to You within Ireland. RingCentral Germany GmbH, is responsible for all contracting, billing, and customer care related to those services.”
Section 3(B)(Invoicing and Payment). The first sentence of this section shall be replaced with the following:
“All fees and charges are payable to RingCentral by cheque, credit or debit card, direct debit, or any other form of payment generally accepted in the Kingdom of Spain.”
Section (4)(B)(Customer Care). The following sentence is added to the end of this section:
“RingCentral provides customer and technical support to You via telephone at 900 823 491 (within Spain) or +34 93 522 0269 (outside Spain) or on the Administrative portal for the Services.”
Sweden
Section 14.N. The following sentence shall be added to the end of the final paragraph of this section:
“Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if You terminate these TOS in accordance with Clause 18.B (Future Changes to these TOS) Section 14.N (Amendments), You may be entitled to a refund or pro ration of any pre-paid amounts.”
Switzerland
Section 14.N. The following sentence shall be added to the end of the final paragraph of this section:
“Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, if You terminate these TOS in accordance with Section 14.N (Amendments), You may be entitled to a refund or pro ration of any pre-paid amounts.”
RingCentral Germany GmbH Nutzungsbedingungen
Wenn es sich bei Ihrem Heimatland, wie im Vertrag definiert, um ein anderes Land als Deutschland handelt, ersetzen die unten für Ihr Heimatland angegebenen Bedingungen die Bedingungen des Hauptvertrags.
Österreich

Belgien
Abschnitt 5(B)(ii) (Notfalldienste). Die folgende Regelung wird am Ende dieses Abschnitts hinzugefügt:
"SIE ERKLÄREN SICH DAMIT EINVERSTANDEN, DASS SIE NIEMALS NOTRUFE ABSETZTEN UND AUCH NICHT VERSUCHEN WERDEN, NOTRUFE ABZUSETZEN, WENN SIE DIE DIENSTE VON UNTERWEGS IN ANSPRUCH NEHMEN, UND ES WIRD DRINGEND EMPFOHLEN, DASS IHNEN JEDERZEIT EINE ALTERNATIVE MÖGLICHKEIT ZUM ABSETZTEN VON NOTRUFEN ZUR VERFÜGUNG STEHT.“
Dänemark
Abschnitt 3(B)(Rechnungsstellung und Zahlung). Der letzte Satz dieses Abschnitts wird durch folgende Regelung ersetzt:
"Werden Gebühren oder Entgelte nicht innerhalb von dreißig (30) Tagen nach ihrem Fälligkeitsdatum gezahlt, kann RingCentral Teile der Plan-Dienste, auf die sich diese Gebühren oder Entgelte beziehen, kündigen. Sofern diese nicht gezahlten Gebühren oder Entgelte den gesamten gemäß Vertrag geschuldeten Betrag ausmachen, oder wenn eine Betrugssituation vorliegt, oder wenn es wiederholte Fälle von Zahlungsverzug oder Nichtzahlung durch Sie gegeben hat, kann RingCentral Ihre Plan-Dienste fristlos kündigen.“
Irland
Der folgende Satz wird als neuer Absatz am Ende des einleitenden Textes eingefügt:
"RingCentral Ireland Ltd erbringt alle Telekommunikationsdienste, die Ihnen innerhalb Irlands angeboten werden. RingCentral Germany GmbH, ist verantwortlich für alle Vertragsabschlüsse, die Rechnungsstellung und die Kundenbetreuung im Zusammenhang mit diesen Diensten.“
Luxemburg

Niederlande
Keine zusätzlichen Bedingungen für die Niederlande.
Norwegen
Abschnitt 3(B)(Rechnungsstellung und Zahlung). Der letzte Satz dieses Abschnitts wird durch folgende Regelung ersetzt:
"RingCentral kann die Plan-Dienste und den Vertrag bei Nichtzahlung kündigen, wenn Gebühren oder Entgelte nicht innerhalb von dreißig (30) Tagen nach einer Zahlungserinnerung gezahlt werden.“

Spanien
Der folgende Satz wird als neuer Absatz am Ende des einleitenden Textes eingefügt:
"RingCentral Spain, S.L. erbringt alle Telekommunikationsdienste, die Ihnen innerhalb Irlands angeboten werden. RingCentral Germany GmbH, ist verantwortlich für alle Vertragsabschlüsse, die Rechnungsstellung und die Kundenbetreuung im Zusammenhang mit diesen Diensten.“
Abschnitt 3(B)(Rechnungsstellung und Zahlung). Der erste Satz dieses Abschnitts wird wie folgt ersetzt:
"Alle Gebühren und Entgelte sind an RingCentral per Scheck, Kredit- oder Debitkarte, Lastschrift oder jede andere im Königreich Spanien allgemein akzeptierte Zahlungsform zu entrichten."
Abschnitt (4)(B)(Kundenbetreuung). Der folgende Satz wird am Ende dieses Abschnitts hinzugefügt:
"RingCentral bietet Ihnen Kunden- und technischen Support unter der Telefonnummer 900 823 491 (innerhalb Spaniens) oder +34 93 522 0269 (außerhalb Spaniens) oder über das Verwaltungsportal für die Dienste.“
Schweden
Abschnitt 14.N. Am Ende des letzten Absatzes dieses Abschnitts wird folgender Satz hinzugefügt:
"Ungeachtet des vorstehenden Satzes haben Sie, wenn Sie diese AGB in Übereinstimmung mit Abschnitt 14.N (Änderungen) des Paragraphen 18.B (Zukünftige Änderungen dieser AGB) kündigen, möglicherweise Anspruch auf eine Rückerstattung oder anteilige Rückerstattung im Voraus bezahlter Beträge."
Schweiz
Abschnitt 14.N. Am Ende des letzten Absatzes dieses Abschnitts wird folgender Satz hinzugefügt:
"Ungeachtet des vorstehenden Satzes haben Sie, wenn Sie diese AGB in Übereinstimmung mit Abschnitt 14.N (Änderungen) kündigen, möglicherweise Anspruch auf eine Rückerstattung oder anteilige Rückerstattung im Voraus bezahlter Beträge."
