Our first partners:

At RingCentral Connect 2021, we announced the launch of the latest addition to our company: RingCentral Ventures. Our new strategic investment arm supports entrepreneurs and early-stage companies with capital funding, leadership guidance, industry connections, and go-to-market strategies.

And we’re hitting the ground running. We’ve already partnered with several promising innovators in the cloud communications and collaboration space.

Meet RingCentral Ventures’ first partners:

Contact center agents are at the heart of positive customer experiences. They’re the voice of an organization and the first point of contact for closing sales and resolving customer issues.

But even the most seasoned agents have moments where they lose a train of thought or don’t have an appropriate answer ready. The truth is, when it comes to human interactions, conversations can be unpredictable.

Balto empowers agents to say the right thing on every call using real-time AI-based coaching, listening, and providing live feedback via an app window that sits on agents’ screens.

Balto gives agents the guidance they need right when they need it, helping reps close more sales, improving compliance, and boosting customer satisfaction. Dynamic prompts put the best responses to customer questions at agents’ fingertips while notifications let them know if they’re talking too fast, or too much.

Managers can set custom triggers for keywords, phrases, and soft skills to identify performance wins and new coaching opportunities. Scorecards and manager alerts build on real-time guidance to drive long-term performance and quality improvements. With all these tools, agents are newly empowered to deliver the best experience on every call.

Since our remote work journeys began, many of us have found more time for the things we enjoy. Whether it’s spending more time with the kids, trying out new recipes and cooking techniques, or getting lost in a hobby, the pandemic has given us a new awareness of just how valuable personal wellness truly is.

But amid reports of burnout and people working longer hours from home, we’ve also come to recognize that striking a balance isn’t always easy—and that employees handle stressors very differently.

TaskHuman lets employers deliver expert, individualized health and wellness guidance to employees instantly from their phone or tablet, flexibly and affordably.

TaskHuman helps workers become their healthiest selves with live one-on-one video coaching with wellness professionals. From parenting to sleep to injury recovery and even pet training, there are 800+ wellness topics in all.

As any sales team will attest, when it comes to closing deals, selling to clients is really the tip of the iceberg. There’s a ton of legwork—and a ton of sales content to keep on top of—before a deal is signed.

Enable helps B2B sales teams to streamline this backend work with easy-to-build digital sales rooms that put everything sellers need in a single place. From sales decks to video meetings, to emails and documents, Enable is an all-in-one buyer enablement platform that streamlines the sales process.

And it’s more than an organizing tool. Enable also tracks all deal room activities, providing alerts and analytics to help sellers better navigate sales. The platform removes bottlenecks and barriers for sellers and customers alike, helping to optimize the work of selling and close more deals.

More exciting Ventures to come

We’re excited about how our partners are going to improve people’s lives and ability to do their best work from anywhere. And the best is yet to come.
