What is eFaxing for Microsoft Teams?

We’re also excited to announce that eFax is now also integrated with RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. Like SMS, this integration is available to users of both the embedded dialer and direct routing. 

Also, like SMS, users can now send and receive faxes without ever leaving the Teams app. Sending a fax is as simple as picking a file from your documents or a cloud storage service like OneDrive and choosing a recipient from your contacts.
