RingCentral is excited to announce a new integration for the Microsoft ecosystem: RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This latest integration now gives our customers even more choices for using RingCentral directly within their favorite Microsoft applications.

With RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365, organizations can gain deeper insights into every call by tightly integrating their Dynamics CRM with RingCentral’s unified communications solution. This can also help maximize productivity by automating key business processes for sales teams.

Dynamics 365 users can now better focus on the business at hand by eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications. RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows users to:
