Google Chat

If you’re already using Google Drive and Gmail across different teams, it might make sense to look into Google Chat as an option for your business instant messaging. If you’re looking to use exclusively Google Workspace products and are willing to budget a bit more for your chat platform, it can be a good option.

Flock

While it’s more budget-friendly than, say, Slack, Flock similarly limits your functionality while you’re still on the free plan. You’ll still get a few different uses out of it beyond standard chat functions, though, so it might be an option worth considering.
