As any high-performing company will tell you, driving great results is often about teamwork. That goes for us here at RingCentral too, where we’re helping customers drive the best experiences for employees and customers via great communication tools.

Our award-winning messaging, video, and phone platform is helping organizations drive unprecedented mobility and improve productivity, via a streamlined all-in-one solution.

But that’s just one part of the equation.

Our expanding hardware, ISV, and telecom partnerships also play a critical role in how we are helping organizations meet the needs of a new era of work and surpass ever-growing internal and external demands for seamlessness, mobility, and efficiency.

Enterprise Connect is the industry’s most exciting event for talking about the trends and innovations that are transforming business communication, and this year’s conference was no exception.

For RingCentral, Enterprise Connect 2022 was a thrilling opportunity to share the many ways we’re helping organizations usher in the future of work. With so much to talk about, we offered 48 different presentations over three days, in which we explored the exciting innovations in our pipeline, how unique verticals are tapping into the benefits of next-gen communications, and how our partners are helping us double down on our efforts.

Partnership track highlights

If you couldn’t catch them all, here are three highlights from our Partnership track that you won’t want to miss.

1. Ascend to the cloud with hybrid deployments

There’s no doubt that the future is in the cloud. But for organizations that have spent years investing in on-premises solutions, migrating to the cloud may not be a quick and easy process.

In this presentation, Hartie Chang, Senior Product Managing Manager at RingCentral, explores how shifting to the cloud drives better work and business results, and how organizations ease into the transition by taking a hybrid approach.

Watch the recap now to better understand how a hybrid cloud deployment can bridge the gaps between on-premises voice solutions and the better mobility and richer insights only the cloud can deliver.

You’ll also get some step-by-step suggestions for developing an achievable, cost-efficient plan that meets your organization’s priorities while reducing the complexity of shifting to the cloud.

2. Better together: Co-innovation spotlight with RingCentral and global service providers

The shift to hybrid has transformed so much about how we work, as well as what organizations need to do to support their evolving workforces.

Communication tools are only part of that equation. In the last two years, there’s been an exponential increase in network traffic, including a 40% increase in mobile network traffic and 535% surge in video data transmitted, according to data presented at Enterprise Connect by Senior Product Marketing Manager Raisa Trifanov. For many, this growth is straining bandwidth and contributing to slowdowns that stand in the way of productivity and collaboration.

It’s not a problem that we alone can fix—and that’s why we’ve teamed up with a growing number of leading providers to truly meet the needs of modern workplaces, with always-on easy communications solutions, accessible wherever business happens.

Our new RingCentral Rise program is a four-pillar platform that provides a framework for how we work with service providers globally, to deliver end-to-end communications that meet the challenges of hybrid and truly move the dial.

Watch Raisa’s recap to learn about how we are innovating together with our partners to address the challenges of hybrid work head-on, from scaling resources to security, and making it easy to deploy features and workflows that are truly game-changing.

3. The ISV advantage

We’re in boom times for dedicated business apps. From automated status reports to managing billing to scheduling meetings to tracking workflows, there are countless cloud-based tools available that are helping to make work more accurate and efficient, and that reduce common pain points.

We’ve made it really easy to leverage these tools together with RingCentral. Our App Gallery is a one-stop-shop for more than 230 ready-to-go integrations with all your must-have business apps, from Asana to Zendesk.

Watch the recap now to learn from Katie Harmon, RingCentral’s Director of Hardware/Platform Partnerships, about the improvements organizations can drive from using an open platform and to hear about three integrations in our app gallery that she’s really excited about.

Seize today’s innovations to compete tomorrow

There’s a lot going on at RingCentral—and many more innovations on the way that will enable better employee and customer experiences and continue propelling value for our customers. The shift to hybrid has transformed our workplaces, and our partnerships enable us to help organizations usher in the future of work.
