- Comparably reports on company cultures and compensation with real, anonymous employee reviews to showcase “the most fair and accurate display of employer brands.”
- Comparably’s mission is “to make workplaces transparent and rewarding for both employees and employers.”
Every quarter, the employer brand experts at Comparably release their Best Place To Work Awards. We’re especially proud of being recognized as a best place to work because the awards are based on thousands of anonymous employee opinions.
This time last year, RingCentral brought home three major awards. This year, we’ve won four awards, and our ranking for Happiest Employees is a sign that our culture is incredibly strong across the entire company. We couldn’t be more grateful to our employees for everything they do.
The envelope please!
RingCentral’s rankings in the Q3 2022 Comparably Best Place to Work awards are:
- #2 for Happiest Employees
- #2 for Best Company Compensation
- #14 for Best Company Perks & Benefits
- #88 for Best Work-Life Balance
Happiness does not just happen.
There’s a lot to be proud of with these latest awards by Comparably, which were also highlighted in Business Insider and USA Today last week. Ultimately our success starts with our employees and the culture they’ve built. That’s why we are seeing such strong measures of employee happiness.
Of course, we have to take care of people with compensation for hard work, and our ranking at #2 in this category is awesome recognition. We’re very appreciative of our ranking at #14 for having perks and benefits that go beyond the expected. For work-life balance, at #88, it’s nice recognition but also a good reminder – there’s an opportunity to improve and do even better.
Success start with our people
Our success starts with our people and the amazing efforts they put in everyday. Success also extends to our culture of collaboration and communication in our everyday workplace. It’s not only about the technology we offer to our customers, but it’s also about the way we work together. We’re stronger together – in a place that focuses on the employee experience, so we can focus on our customers, innovate, and produce amazing results.
A concluding thank you.
According to SVP, Alvin Lam, “Though I’m just thrilled about all our awards, the one that makes me the proudest is Employee Happiness of course. You can’t underestimate the value of this. In our business, we’re especially aware of how closely integrated home and work life are. This makes the need for a happy work culture even more important than ever before. I’m so grateful to be able to be a part of a culture which truly lives this important value, and to all the RingCentral Employees who make it happen.”
You know, life can seem pretty complicated, but some aspects are very simple. Hire great people. Make sure they understand our “why.” Listen to them. Respect them and reward them for their work.
Thank you to all of our employees for making RingCentral such a great place to work.
