Every quarter, the employer brand experts at Comparably release their Best Place To Work Awards. We’re especially proud of being recognized as a best place to work because the awards are based on thousands of anonymous employee opinions.
This time last year, RingCentral brought home three major awards. This year, we’ve won four awards, and our ranking for Happiest Employees is a sign that our culture is incredibly strong across the entire company. We couldn’t be more grateful to our employees for everything they do.

Happiness does not just happen.
There’s a lot to be proud of with these latest awards by Comparably, which were also highlighted in Business Insider and USA Today last week. Ultimately our success starts with our employees and the culture they’ve built. That’s why we are seeing such strong measures of employee happiness.
Of course, we have to take care of people with compensation for hard work, and our ranking at #2 in this category is awesome recognition. We’re very appreciative of our ranking at #14 for having perks and benefits that go beyond the expected. For work-life balance, at #88, it’s nice recognition but also a good reminder – there’s an opportunity to improve and do even better.
Success start with our people
Our success starts with our people and the amazing efforts they put in everyday. Success also extends to our culture of collaboration and communication in our everyday workplace. It’s not only about the technology we offer to our customers, but it’s also about the way we work together. We’re stronger together – in a place that focuses on the employee experience, so we can focus on our customers, innovate, and produce amazing results.
