Today, we are happy to announce enhancements to RingCentral Office to simplify management for businesses spread across multiple locations. Our new multi-site support feature enables your administrators to provision unique account configurations to different sites, providing the flexibility to register and manage all the branch offices in your account based on their specific operational needs.

Tailored management solutions

Keeping track of all your company assets can be an overwhelming task when they are spread across many different locations around the world. At the account level, RingCentral simplifies management workflows by allowing you to easily manage users, phone numbers, and devices across all sites directly from within your administrative portal, eliminating the need to rely on external management tools. By defining sites within your account, you can accurately attribute your various site assets within a single company view.

At the site level, RingCentral now provides the ability to delegate administrative capabilities to your local site managers, enabling them to flexibly support their site operations.

Customized call management

With multi-site support, branch offices can easily distinguish their operations within your company by setting individualized outbound caller ID names and by setting custom call handling rules based on their unique time zones, company hours, language preferences, and more.

Let’s say you have offices spread across the United States, with a sales office in Denver. By setting a specialized outbound caller ID, your Denver sales team can easily identify itself, differentiating from other parts of the organization.

Additionally, multi-site support now adds the flexibility to customize Auto-Receptionist configuration for each site—for example, enabling global sites to provide language-specific options depending on region.


Multi-site support is included for all RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate customers who have multi-level IVR settings enabled. Create sites within your account, move assets across your sites, and easily configure each site’s individualized company info, user roles and permissions, and Auto-Receptionist settings directly from within your online account.
