We’re excited to announce that RingCentral and Logitech have partnered to deliver an upgraded meeting room experience for our video collaboration users.
With the recent announcement of the new Logitech® Rally family, we’re raising the bar for amazing meetings—promising performance, ease of installation, and device management tools your customers need to video-enable all of your rooms throughout the workplace.
RingCentral software will come preloaded on this new hardware and will be available in the first half of this year. The customer beta starts in March 2021.
RingCentral Rooms on Logitech Rally
The partnership between RingCentral Rooms and Logitech brings the security of RingCentral Video to conference rooms, while providing one-click join and a comprehensive set of in-meeting controls.

Logitech solutions running RingCentral Rooms are easy to procure, deploy, and manage, while providing a best-in-class audio, video, and content-sharing experience to end users.
Obtain a RingCentral Room license, configure the room, and begin monitoring quality of service, room health status, usage, alerts, and troubleshooting information in analytics reports all from one place. Enable premium audio and video by installing the new Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, or Rally Plus. Admins can activate the setup to show room details and calendar on the appliance.
Which Rally is best for your meeting rooms?
The all-in-one Rally Bar Mini for small rooms and Rally Bar for medium rooms integrate a computer, camera, microphone, and speaker in one stylish bar. This reduces the number of separate modules, improves reliability, simplifies cable management, and minimizes potential points of failure.
For large rooms that require exceptional performance, the Rally Plus with RoomMate offers cinema-quality Ultra-HD 4K resolution and room-filling sound.

Current Logitech room kits powered by RingCentral Rooms
In 2020, we launched RingCentral Room kits that contain modules such as Mac Mini, iPad with enclosure, and Logitech USB devices: MeetUp, Rally, and Rally Plus. These kits provide modularity for deployment with audio-video integration and ease of management with existing enterprise device management solutions.
