4. Reliability Rings
It’s another highly competitive day in the 2016 Cloud Office Games. Today we bear witness to the suspense-filled Reliability Rings. Several members of the field will want to impress here, showing they have the strength, dexterity, and cool headedness to communicate better than their competition.

The Challenge

In an age of constant technological upgrades, any disruption to working practices can have a huge effect on businesses. In fact, lack of resources and expertise is cited as the largest concern amongst IT Managers when it comes to using cloud applications. Additional training of IT and business development staff is acknowledged to be critical to helping address this challenge. Let’s see how these two business managers hold out.

Winning Tactics

There are several key areas for which today’s judges will be awarding points. Let’s see what they will be looking out for.

1) Strong Support

We see one competitor is just buckling under the pressure. They obviously didn’t receive enough dedicated training and dedicated support they needed to understand best practices and succeed. Once they finally get themselves out of their muddle, it will be their customers that are the ones left hanging.

The other competitor clearly has all the support they need in order to run their communications smoothly. Their complete training process meant they were assisted with advice and tips anywhere and at any time. Look at the way they handle the demand under pressure with complete ease.

2) No Downtime

You can almost cut the tension with a knife as we watch one competitor struggle to keep up. There’s no guarantee they will stay up for any period of time and if they do have any downtime, they will lose serious points amongst many customers. They may not be able to recover from a situation like that.

In contrast, nothing looks like it could cause the other to waver and demonstrate anything other than consistent form. They have an equipment provider who sweats the small stuff to ensure they can always operate at their optimum.

3) Smooth Transitions

It looks like one of the competitors has gotten themselves in a bit of a tangle. The on-site equipment they use is rather inflexible, which means their slow transitions between system upgrades are costly in terms of money but also time.

Once again, the other competitor seems to have the right answer. They use a RingCentral cloud-based system, which means they don’t need to lift a finger when it comes to managing their equipment. Transitions to new upgrades are automatic and seamless.

The Outcome

The RingCentral competitor really hung on out to take the victory in this event. Their ability to utilise consistent support and effortless upgrades really won the judges over.

Unfortunately our other competitor just couldn’t keep up. It certainly wasn’t for the lack of trying, but nobody wants to just hang on and this kind of performance will compromise the ability to grow.
