It’s time to review the latest RingCentral Office updates to keep your team’s productivity high and morale even higher.

Here’s a quick look at what’s new in release 20.1:

OFFICE

Robocall warnings, new devices and more

You know those pesky robocalls you’ve been dreading? RingCentral now offers a warning for incoming robocalls, so you can screen them accordingly. We’ve also added two new Cisco phones (CP6821 and CP8851) to increase your device options and have made it even easier for users to activate their accounts directly from their mobile app.

PLATFORM

Integrate with your favorite productivity apps

You can now quickly make calls, and start and join meetings from within Microsoft Teams desktop and web apps without having to switch applications.

In addition, our integrations for SugarCRM, ServiceNow, and Zendesk feature click-to-dial, caller-info screen pops, and automatic call logging, to name a few features.

GLOBAL

International number ordering just got easier

You can now purchase international numbers for agent-assisted countries directly through the service portal. You can also log back in to check on order status. What’s more, call rates for local IVN and toll-free numbers  now display in the UI, making the service portal your one-stop-shop for international numbers.

ANALYTICS

Granular data at your fingertips

Our downloadable Adoption & Usage report now offers user-level data in a searchable, tabular form, giving you a deep dive into usage data and helping discover ways to get the most out of RingCentral. A new “ringing” status has been added to the Live Reports “Queue Monitor” and “Agents Count” widgets to offer queue managers added granularity on each step of calls in a queue.
