In a meeting? On another call? On vacation? Or just want to screen calls? RingCentral’s Do Not Disturb (DND) feature allows you to set answering rules for calls that go to your extension. Watch the video above to learn how to re-direct calls directly to a business greeting or voicemail. You can even set different rules for internal versus external calls.
