Typically, you should have received an email with a link and a call-in number from the person who scheduled the meeting. Once you click that link, you’ll be brought to the video conferencing website, where you can join through a browser or download their meeting app.

If you don’t have a link or you only have a meeting ID, you have do slightly more work:

  • On the homepage, usually at the top, you should see a link that says “Join a meeting” or something similar
