We’re excited to announce that RingCentral has been named to the Forbes List of 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America for the second year in a row.
Independent research firm MSCI ESG Research evaluated more than 2,300 publicly-traded North American companies to identify those that consistently display transparent accounting practices and concrete corporate governance.
MSCI reviewed non-financial US companies worth at least $250 million, and compiled the list of the top 100 based on the strength of those companies’ AGR (Accounting and Governance Risk) ratings composite scores. Factors considered include high-risk behaviors like regulatory actions, amended filings, revenue and expense recognition methods, and bankruptcy risk. Companies are scored on a 1 to 100 point scale, with 70 being the lowest score.
The list is sorted into three groups; large cap companies with market caps of $5 billion or more, mid cap companies between $1 and $5 billion, and small cap companies between $250 million and $1 billion.
RingCentral is in the mid-market cap group (between $1 and $5 billion) and scored 84 based on current AGR and 86 based on average AGR for the last 4 quarters.
This recognition reinforces RingCentral’s core values: Focused, Innovative, Trusted, and Empowering (FITE). We strive to serve as a trusted leader to our customers and partners.
