RingCentral’s Channel Partner Program was founded on the belief that if you eliminate channel conflict, your partners will take care of you.
To deliver on this principle, we’ve worked diligently to remove the obstacles that all too often make it difficult for partners to do business with vendors.
For us, success is not only measured by the global growth of our channel (which grew 63% year over year in the most recent quarter), but also by the ratings of independent third parties in their evaluation of our program.
That’s why we are humbled and thrilled to have our partner program once again receive a five-star rating from CRN. This makes it our fifth year in a row to receive the honor!
Those who earn CRN’s most prestigious 5-Star Partner Program Rating do so because of their commitment to program innovation and dedication to the channel.
So what did we do to earn the honor this year?
Over the last year, we’ve made some powerful changes to our channel to develop and encourage partners to champion RingCentral. Specifically, we introduced new partner program tiers for Preferred Partners and Platinum Partners.
Partners willing to go the extra mile for RingCentral can unlock additional program benefits like executive sponsorships, customized training and reporting, discounted RingCentral solutions for the partner’s internal use, as well as exclusive contests and promotions.
To qualify, Preferred Partners must meet certain revenue requirements in addition to leading with RingCentral as their UCaaS provider-of-choice. Meanwhile, Platinum Partners are designated based on their strategic relationship and significant revenue contributions to RingCentral’s channel.
Partner response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re thrilled that we can reward and recognize our RingCentral champions in the way that they deserve.
And we’re still just getting started in terms of the channel!
This week, we launched RingCentral Video™, which provides an exceptional video meetings experience with HD voice and video, screen sharing, and team messaging — all in one unified platform. We see this solution redefining and raising the bar for virtual meetings. As the work from home movement accelerates, organizations need technology that allows them to work from anywhere and stay productive.
