At RingCentral, we’re always innovating to simplify the everyday tasks faced by IT leaders and their teams. That’s why we’re excited to announce our latest feature: bulk uploading of new users in RingCentral MVP

 

What is bulk uploading of users?

This new feature allows IT admins to import up to 4,500 users at a time in RingCentral—or 2,000 users for optimal speed. Simply identify which fields you’d like in your template, download the template, fill it out, and upload the Excel file with all the required information.

You can choose if you want to enter specific details (or omit them for speedy onboarding) such as:

In addition, if any information is entered and uploaded incorrectly, RingCentral will automatically send an email attachment that shows which users and data points were incorrect. This means finding and fixing errors instantly without combing through endless amounts of data.

We also improved how to bulk upload users with a more intuitive user interface (UI), along with the ability to add users in bulk in two routes. Learn more here:
