Prior to 2020, things like catching up with a coworker during lunch or stopping by their desk to go over some new ideas was normal and easy. But the societal shift of working remotely caused businesses around the world to redefine how they communicate with their employees and their customers.

The tech industry has played a crucial role in helping people everywhere connect virtually. And while they do this every day, it had to be done at a larger scale, while also adapting to their own teams becoming remote.
