You can now set minimum call durations* to automatically exclude short, low-value calls across the platform. Pair that with customizable columns in the Interactions list, and your team gets a cleaner, more relevant view with less effort.

2. Sharper coaching with less manual work
New scorecard filters let you target the calls that matter by score range, reviewer type, status, or scorecard. It’s faster to spot issues, review trends, and track evaluator consistency.
RingSense also now flags unclear scorecard questions and suggests edits. That means fewer gaps, more consistent scoring, and a better signal for your coaching team.

3. A faster way to surface actionable tracker insights
The redesigned Trackers Dashboard puts agent and customer trackers on a single page. Toggle between raw numbers and percentages, scan trends with cleaner charts, and click into data points to immediately access the underlying interactions.

4. Tailored output that fits your workflow
Customize call summaries by call type, anonymize participant names, and preview before publishing, so you control what goes out and how it looks*. Follow-up emails are now fully templated too, letting you choose tone, language, and length to generate on-brand messages in seconds. It’s faster, cleaner, and fully in your hands.

5. Share calls on your terms
You no longer have to send full transcripts when sharing externally. Now you can choose which insights to include – summaries, speaker metrics, or key topics – so what you send is focused and purposeful.
