Global enterprises today are increasingly focused on delivering greater efficiency and productivity. The right communications platform is key to enabling organizations to communicate and collaborate seamlessly, while achieving overall customer success.
In a new report published by the Aragon Research team, RingCentral has been named a leader in the 2019 Aragon Research Globe™ for Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC). For the third consecutive year, this recognition validates RingCentral’s industry leading cloud communications solution and demonstrates our commitment to the success of our customers.
Aragon believes that it’s about “putting people at the center of UCC” and its less about all the various modes of communications. When organizations apply a people-centric business model, this results in improved employee engagement and customer engagement—which ultimately enables companies to better compete in today’s digital world.
In 2019, Aragon predicts a growing market focus on voice communications. With the shift to cloud, enterprises are looking to replace aging PBX systems. The demand for cloud-based voice capabilities is stepping up. That said, it’s not enough to have a voice only solution, as there’s demand for bundled video, meetings, and team messaging.
According to the Aragon report, “RingCentral has differentiated its offering through high-quality voice, and also offers video conferencing, mobile messaging, and cloud contact center capabilities.” In addition, the report cites, “RingCentral has continued to grow on a global basis with availability of RingCentral Global Office in 41 countries, and this has attracted larger enterprises that need UCC capabilities around the world.[1]”
So where do we go from here? We will continue to execute and live by our values – FITE, which stands for: Focus, Innovation, building Trust, and Empowerment. We know when we do these things right, ultimately our customers win.
