We are always honored by the accolades and industry recognition we receive, and the great news is that it just keeps coming!  I’m thrilled to announce that RingCentral has been named a leader in The Aragon Research Globe™ for Unified Communications and Collaboration, 2017. We view this recognition as hard-earned validation of the innovative cloud communications and collaboration solutions we have been delivering to businesses of all sizes over the years.

Our philosophy is that today’s modern workforce must have the ability to communicate and collaborate in multiple ways, across multiple devices, anytime and anywhere. We’re proud to be delivering a unified workplace solution that customers and partners find to be easy-to-use and a value-add in their daily business workflow.

Aragon’s report examines 20 providers in an industry where voice, video, messaging, and collaboration are converging. As a first-time Research Globe report for Aragon in the Unified Communications and Collaboration space, we look forward to participating in their future research, particularly as the market continues to evolve and realign around this notion of a collaborative communications experience — an area where RingCentral is really at the forefront.

In addition to the recognition for our flagship UCaaS solutions, RingCentral Office® and RingCentral Global Office™, Aragon also highlighted our team messaging and collaboration platform, RingCentral Glip:

We built the RingCentral Connect Platform upon open standards and APIs, which allows developers and third-party application providers to embed our rich communication functionality into other applications.

With this collaborative approach to leveraging the power of the cloud ecosystem, we’re able to help the modern workforce be more agile so they can get more work done no matter where they are or what device they are using.

This accolade is a great way to kick off 2017, and with lots in store this year, I eagerly await exciting developments to come.
