Supporting animals in need with the Sharo Foundation

Earlier this year, we partnered with the Sharo Foundation to support their Easter charity campaign, a heartwarming initiative dedicated to helping rescue animals. Through the campaign, Sharo offered Mystery Boxes for dogs and cats, each filled with treats and toys. For every box purchased, a portion went directly toward funding the medical care, food, and shelter of animals in their care.

Many of our colleagues joined enthusiastically — not just to treat their pets at home, but to support a cause that matters. In addition to the Mystery Boxes, several team members purchased Sharo’s large-format calendars, featuring beautiful portraits of rescue animals.  The result? A wave of donations and a powerful show of compassion from our team. It was a simple way to give — and one that left a lasting impact.

Donation drive and visit to Dona Dogs Shelter

As part of our spring community efforts, we also organized a donation drive to support Dona Dogs, a shelter near Plovdiv that provides care and hope to homeless animals. With many of us doing spring cleaning, we invited colleagues to donate any old blankets, towels, toys, pillows, or other supplies that could bring comfort to the animals.

As spring cleaning kicked off, we invited teammates to donate blankets, towels, toys, and supplies. And in true RingCentral fashion, they went above and beyond — offering everything from gently used items to brand-new beds, food, and even medication.

On May 11, a group of our volunteers set off to Dona Dogs Shelter, bringing all the collected items and spending the day with the animals. They gave their time to play with and care for the dogs.

The shelter staff welcomed us warmly and shared the challenges they face — an experience that gave our team deeper insight into the impact of their support.
