The RingCentral China Mid-Autumn Festival RingUnion 2024 was held in Xiamen on September 5 and in Hangzhou on September 10. This celebration not only marked the Mid-Autumn Festival but also served as a joyful reunion for our colleagues, highlighting the spirit of togetherness that defines our company culture.
Under the Full Moon: Celebrating Togetherness
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time to honor family reunions and celebrate the harvest, symbolizing unity and completeness. It is traditionally marked by gatherings to enjoy mooncakes and admire the full moon, reflecting on the connections that bring people together. This festival serves as a reminder of the importance of relationships and the joy of being with loved ones, values that resonate deeply within our RingCentral family.
“Bo-Bing”: A Tradition of Fun and Fortune
The festivities were filled with laughter and excitement as we organized a variety of fun games. A highlight of the event was our continuation of the beloved Mid-Autumn tradition of “Bo-Bing,” a delightful game where participants could test their luck and win different gifts. This tradition beautifully symbolizes the strong bonds that unite our RingCentral family, emphasizing the importance of connection and camaraderie.
Togetherness in Every Moment in RingCentral
These gatherings provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to interact and engage with one another. The atmosphere was vibrant as employees from different teams mingled, cultivating deeper relationships and a greater sense of belonging within the RingCentral community.
We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels appreciated and connected. The Mid-Autumn Festival gathering allowed everyone to enjoy each other’s company and create joyful memories, enhancing the warmth that makes our RingCentral community truly special.
As we reflect on the joy and connections made during this year’s celebration, we look forward to many more opportunities to come together as one family. Here’s to a bright future filled with more celebrations and shared moments!
