He is passionate about developing effective human-first strategies to tackle pressing operational challenges and drive revenue growth for startups and B2B SaaS companies. Currently, as a Revenue Operations Manager at RingCentral, he leverages his expertise in people, processes, and technology to maximize conversions throughout the entire RC Events sales pipeline. Prior to joining RingCentral, he oversaw top-of-funnel initiatives at Hopin and served as Splashtop’s first sales operations hire. With a natural curiosity for understanding people and solving problems, Mike places a strong emphasis on inclusion and empowerment in his work.
