As RingCentral’s General Manager of the Small Business Group, Akshay Srivastava is passionate about building and maintaining customer relationships, championing the voice of SMB customers, advocating for them, and driving loyalty and retention. Since joining RingCentral in 2019, he had the opportunity to lead diverse teams across the organization.
He began in Finance Operations, transitioned to Chief Digital Officer, where he spearheaded digital transformation efforts and operational excellence, and later served as Chief Customer Officer, overseeing customer support, success management, voice of the customer, and community functions. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, particularly in SaaS, his career has been focused on driving innovation and transformation.
Before RingCentral, he spent more than 7 years at Intuit, leading the transformation of their financial systems and processes.
