The Q4 2022 RingCentral Awards Are:

Our commitment starts at the top.

How does a winning culture start? Typically the defining aspect of a company culture starts with its leaders, and with our CEO Vlad Shmunis ranked #4 for Best CEO, it’s clear that our leadership combined with a highly collaborative, competitive, and successful culture comes from the top. We’re thrilled about this recognition for Best CEO and even more delighted to see this ranking run in Fast Company and Business Insider. Creating a culture that values innovation, and reflects diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talent, is paramount to our success. As a leading cloud-based business communications technology company, we owe it to ourselves, our customers, and our employees to ensure everyone in our community feels heard, seen, and valued.

I have known Vlad for many years and I can tell you that he is one of the most focused leaders in Silicon Valley. RingCentral is the success that it is today because of his leadership. His Best CEO ranking is well deserved and it is his leadership that makes a tremendous impact on the success of RingCentral and influences the amazing workplace that RingCentral has become known for. What a great way to finish 2022!

—Mo Katibeh, Chief Operating Officer at RingCentral

As our awards indicate, RingCentral is steadfast in our commitment toward creating a culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive to everyone. Our DEI goals aren’t ‘pie-in-the-sky’ concepts, they are absolutely crucial to who we are and a roadmap for our future success.

You really can’t overstate how important diversity, equity, and inclusion are to RingCentral as a culture. It gives us a true diversity of perspectives and leads to real innovation in our product. It also allows us to connect with communities around the world, which continues to contribute to our bottom line growth.
