We are excited to share that the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal recognized RingCentral as a 2018 Bay Area Best Places to Work. The award coincides with the Denver Post naming RingCentral as a Top Workplace in the Denver, Colorado, area based on the results of an independent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics.

These accolades show that we create a great workplace environment that our employees across the country value. Our teams in Belmont and Denver took home awards last week at the awards dinners in San Francisco and Denver.

So what do employees say about working at our Belmont office? According to the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal, our Bay Area employees value:

  • Competitive and creative benefits, which continue to be refined and expanded as RingCentral evolves
  • The implementation of an internal recognition system that provides positive feedback and is tied to company values
  • The ability to create a strong work-life balance while maintaining high performance standards

The Bay Area office was recognized as one of the best employers in the Large Company category (250–999 employees in region), while the Denver office achieved a Top Place to Work Ranking in the Mid-Size Company category (150–499 employees in region). Key reasons Denver employees chose RingCentral as a top employer include the company’s inclusive environment and forward-thinking leadership. This is the fourth time that the Denver office has been named one of the Top Workplaces by the Denver Post. In addition, recently RingCentral’s Xiamen, China, office was awarded the prestigious Liepin Extraordinary Employer Award in 2017, underscoring the company’s recognition as a global employer of choice.

In the words of John Marlow, Chief Administrative Officer, RingCentral, “Being named a top employer in both the San Francisco Bay Area as well as the Denver region speaks to the commitment and investments we have made in our people and the successful work environment and culture we are cultivating at RingCentral.”

It’s an exciting time to be at RingCentral. Did we pique your interest to join us? If so, check out our careers page to learn about our culture and opportunities.
