RingCentral Continues to Lead Omdia UCaaS Scorecard with #1 Ranking for Fourth Year in a Row

This year, once again RingCentral has been recognized as the top ranked organization in its North America UCaaS scorecard for the fourth consecutive year by Omdia, a global technology research consulting firm. Omdia derives its research from Informa Tech brands and the acquired IHS Markit technology research portfolio. Our vision of providing companies with communications and collaboration solutions they need to stay connected from any location, on any device, attributes to our leadership position in the market and the recognition we’ve received. 

The Omdia annual report evaluates the top 10 North American UCaaS providers, based on market share, financial stability, market momentum, service development, and support options. RingCentral, again, came out on top.

We were able to further separate ourselves from the pack over the past year through our market share position, continued growth, expanded product capabilities with RingCentral Video and unified desktop app, new strategic partnerships with Atos, AT&T and Avaya, and increasing traction in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
