At RingCentral Bulgaria, we place a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and community building. We believe that supporting the local tech ecosystem is essential for driving meaningful collaboration and development.

This is why we partnered with JPrime, one of the most dynamic tech conferences in Bulgaria. The event brought together over a thousand attendees over two days, creating a fantastic environment for networking and learning.

We set up a tech booth to connect directly with the attendees and show the local dev community what makes our engineering culture unique.

Day 1: Interactive quizzes and stage raffles

We kicked off the first day with a custom RingCentral Quiz. To solve it, participants had to find encrypted answers hidden within images, with the questions focusing on our company history and technology. It was a great way to introduce our work to the local dev community. We closed out the afternoon on the main stage with a raffle drawing, where we gave away a curated set of RingCentral merch.

To capture the highlights of the day, we also set up a popular photo booth inside the conference’s gaming zone.

Day 2: Connecting through the wheel of fortune

On the second day, we hosted a Wheel of Fortune activity.

After a quick digital check-in to unlock their spins, developers walked away with awesome custom swag. More importantly, the activity served as the perfect icebreaker for our engineers to chat face-to-face with local talent about our modern tech stack, our collaborative culture, and what we’re building here in Sofia.
