Women’s History Month is more than a calendar moment. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and show up for the people and communities that make our work meaningful. Guided by the theme “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future,” our teams across the United States, Bulgaria, India, and Manila proved that when we invest in one another, everyone moves forward. From volunteering in our local neighborhoods to candid conversations about leadership, this was a month where our people showed up fully.
Community in action, globally
Teams across the globe showed up in ways that were personal, community-driven, and genuinely connected. What made this month stand out wasn’t any single event. It was the way teams across the globe found their own ways to connect, celebrate, and contribute.
- In the US, we grounded our growth by writing “Letters to Our Future Selves” and took real-world action by packing food boxes at the Samaritan House to support local families in need.
- In Manila, we prioritized care, transforming office spaces into wellness retreats to recognize and recharge our teams.
- In Bulgaria, we celebrated the beauty of perspective; during a night of creativity and conversation, our team proved that even when we start from the same canvas, we each bring a unique color to the table.
- In India, the focus was on holistic empowerment—integrating vision boarding and leadership fireside chats with health-focused webinars to ensure our teams felt supported in every stage of their professional and personal journeys.
Whether it was a shared meal or a donated hour, these moments reflected the “Leading the Change” spirit in practice.
In solidarity: International Women’s Day
On March 8th, our global offices became a sea of red—a visual tribute to the courage and collective momentum of women everywhere. Across every time zone, this shared moment served as a powerful reminder of our commitment to equality and the achievements of our global community.
Beyond the calendar
The month’s true substance lived in the smaller, quieter moments. Whether discussing how empathy and collaboration drive modern leadership in our WISE Book Club or using “Allyship Cootie Catchers” to spark human connection, we focused on the “soil” of our culture. By reframing careers as jungle gyms rather than ladders, we encouraged everyone to own their growth and explore new paths on their own terms.
The ripple effect
What this month reinforced is that the most meaningful things happen when people feel empowered to show up as themselves and show up for each other. To the women at RingCentral and in our wider communities: your path is yours to shape. The work you do, the perspectives you bring, and the ways you bring your whole self every day, matter.
March may be over, but the ripple effect of this month—the seeds planted and the connections made—carries forward. We’re not just celebrating history; we’re building the future together.
