These sessions gave employees the chance to speak directly with RingCentral’s senior leaders. Everyone was encouraged to challenge ideas and spark meaningful, direct and inclusive conversations — a reflection of the culture we continue to nurture.

Clear direction: Vision, priorities, and execution

Kira and Vlad shared the company’s evolving vision and the priorities guiding our work. They emphasized the importance of staying  agile, focusing on execution, and delivering innovation that matters.

A highlight of the session was the deep dive into Artificial Intelligence, not as an experimental side project but rather, a core catalyst of our transformation. Our leadership highlighted how AI is being used to enhance the user experience, boost productivity, and redefine how communication tools serve people. AI is not the future: it’s already here. We’re making a difference by building smarter tools, more efficient workflows, and products that help people do their best work.
