We’re excited to announce that the Community has recently been redesigned, creating a more unified and accessible platform. When redesigning the Community, the goal was to make it easier for customers to create posts, access RingCentral News & Announcements, and search through popular topics.

The RingCentral Community is a space where folks can virtually gather, ask questions and crowdsource answers/best practices from other customers. From Admins and End Users to Developers, there’s always someone happy to lend a hand– we’ve got a Community space for you!

The redesigned Community experience makes it easy to find solutions and support. Quick access to resources like RingCentral University (for training, webinars, and more!), the Support Site and our excellent, comprehensive Knowledge Base with AI search technology, and easy to search topics within the Community to help you find the answers and the experts with product knowledge and experience.

And don’t forget! You can reach the RingCentral Ideas Portal easily from the Community and share your product ideas and feature improvements. Whether you’re an admin supporting your whole team, an employee attending meetings with RingCentral Video, or a developer using integrations, we want to hear from you!
