In January, RingCentral in Bulgaria celebrated three years — a meaningful milestone and a true cause for celebration.

In just three years, our team has grown to 450 talented professionals. Together, we deliver outstanding products and AI-driven solutions, bringing the same collaboration and energy to our work that defines our culture.

Growing together as one team

To celebrate, we hosted a company-wide presentation event featuring over 15 speakers from different departments. It was a chance to connect, share knowledge, and see firsthand how every team contributes to our collective success.

We explored various parts of our product ecosystem, met new colleagues, and deepened our understanding of how multidimensional our work truly is. Seeing the bigger picture of what we build — and how every team contributes — was truly inspiring.

The presentations were followed by an informal gathering, where everyone connected over friendly conversations, snacks, and drinks. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our shared achievements and the people behind them.

Celebrating in style

To commemorate the anniversary, we prepared special merch — stylish, cozy hats to keep everyone warm, both in and out of the office, and to serve as a small reminder of what we’ve built together.

Looking back — and moving forward

These three years have been incredible. We’ve grown our team, hosted meetups, participated in conferences, celebrated victories at sports events, built partnerships with local charities and universities, and most importantly — delivered the best possible AI-driven solutions to support our clients’ businesses.
