Question 7

How does RingCentral Events compare to Zoom Webinars or Webex?

Accepted Answer

RingCentral Events is available as a standalone solution — you don’t need to purchase another plan just to use webinar or event capabilities. With per-organizer pricing, you get transparent costs upfront and can run unlimited events with unlimited attendees. You'll never need to adjust your plan simply because more people showed up than expected. When we talk with customers, two things we often hear are the customizability and engagement that the solution can provide. Our customers don't want a solution that looks and feels like all the webinars taking place out there. They want a solution they can fully customize to make it their own, from the logos and the colors to the URLs and branding. Features like the RingCentral Events studio help create professional, polished broadcasts. And they love being able to integrate engagement tools such as Kahoot and Miro to make events much more interactive for their attendees. Lastly, RingCentral Events is an all-in-one solution for all your event needs. Whether you need to run simple single-session webinars or host complex multi-day, multi-session events, this hybrid event management software handles it all.  And we support virtual, hybrid, and on-site formats. No need to use multiple tools for your events — you can do all of this within the RingCentral events platform.
