RingCentral UK EMEA new office

RingCentral has had a presence in the UK since 2013, when we were just a handful of people in a small office in Maidenhead. Since our modest beginnings, we’ve seen substantial growth in the UK. The time has come for us to take steps towards the next phase of our growth, which we have kicked off with a much larger, newly renovated office.

Growing the size of our UK business is paramount. Our investment in talent and continuous spend in marketing demonstrates our desire to remain the global leader in Unified Communications as a Service. To support this, we have heavily invested in acquiring more office space and a complete overhaul of the office to create a modern, contemporary place of work. We are continuously attracting upmarket household clients and recognise the importance of a state-of-the art Centre of Excellence to allow us to demonstrate our products. A significant investment has gone into this, and today marks the centre’s official opening.

Take a look at the brand-new RingCentral office.

Our future is our people; we listened to our employees and took their feedback into consideration for the new offices. Improvements include new agile working areas allowing our employees to step away from their desk and be creative in a more casual environment. We have also increased the number of meeting areas with all rooms being fitted with RingCentral Rooms. In addition, our sales and customer service teams have better visibility of their performance with multiple wall boards which showcase employee and team KPIs via RingCentral Live Reports and analytics.

The second phase of our renovations will include a new cafeteria so our employees can enjoy daily meals and snacks provided by the company. It will also serve as a social hub for us to hold events throughout the year and reinforce the RingCentral EMEA philosophy of ‘one family’.

Our new offices at 85 Uxbridge Road in West London are a testament to the strategic importance of EMEA, and more specifically the UK, to RingCentral’s global expansion. In addition to the growth of our staff, we’ve seen surging demand for our services in EMEA. In 2019 we announced several UK based large TCV deals, including a 45,000-seat retail deal last quarter. Following our acquisition of Dimelo in 2018, we have also seen continued expansion throughout the rest of EMEA.

RingCentral has come a long way in EMEA, and this moment marks the start of the next phase of exponential growth. The investment in the office shows the continued commitment that RingCentral is making in EMEA in anticipation of expansion and growing headcount. Want to join our team?
