RingCentral Named a Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader 9 Years in a Row

For the 9th consecutive year, RingCentral has been named a Leader in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Worldwide Report.

In a year that began with AI dominating nearly every conversation in enterprise communications, AI has continued throughout the year, reshaping the way we think about business communications – across both employee experiences and customer experiences. During this time, RingCentral has been hyper focused on innovation, expanding our portfolio and infusing AI into everything we do by leveraging the power of our proprietary conversation intelligence platform RingSense AI across our entire portfolio. And our customers are not only embracing AI, but they are also seeing true value through increased employee productivity, enriched customer and agent experiences, and improved operational efficiencies.

We believe our placement as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant over the past nine years, is a testament to RingCentral’s commitment to these innovation pillars:

  1. AI-first
  2. Trusted and reliable
  3. Simple to deploy and easy to use
  4. Open platform
  5. Cost-effective
  6. Personalised

This is especially noteworthy in a market as competitive and evolving as enterprise communications is today. According to us, the publication of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications Worldwide report comes at a pivotal time for organisations who recognise the broader value of highly integrated, reliable UCaaS solutions but who also can envision the present and future value that AI can provide.

In addition, RingCentral ranked #1 in three out of the six Use Cases in 2023 Gartner Critical Capabilities for UCaaS report, which accompanies the Magic Quadrant report:

  •     #1 for UC with Integrated Contact Centre Use Case
  •     #1 for Midsize Enterprise Use Case
  •     #1 for Telephony Centric/Heavy Organisations Use Case.

This past year RingCentral has added multiple enhancements to our UCaaS offering including RingSense, with our first deployed solution in the market targeted at revenue-generating teams, RingSense for Sales. In addition, RingCentral launched our native, AI-first contact centre, RingCX which is tightly integrated to RingCentral MVP. And as business needs evolve RingCentral will continue to innovate and exceed the needs of our customers and the broader market.
