Can I forward a Visual Voicemail message?

  • Yes. You can forward any voicemail message through Visual Voicemail.

Can I respond to my voicemail messages?

  • Yes. Tap or click the voicemail from your RingCentral apps and choose the "Call Back" option. RingCentral apps will automatically dial the number of the voicemail sender.

*Voicemail preview with text transcription is only available for Office Enterprise plans.
