As RingCentral’s Chief Customer Officer, Akshay Srivastava is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, championing voice of the customer perspectives, leveraging insights from customer interactions, and driving customer loyalty and retention. In this role, he oversees all of RingCentral’s customer support, customer success management, voice of the customer and community functions. Srivastava joined RingCentral in 2019, leading Finance Operations. He then assumed the role of Chief Digital Officer managing a broad scope of operational teams driving critical business insights and leading digital transformation of the company’s systems and processes.
Srivastava has over 20 years of experience working in the technology industry with a deep focus on SaaS. Prior to RingCentral, Srivastava spent over 7 years at Intuit leading the transformation of Intuit’s financial systems and processes.
Srivastava grew up all over the world and has lived on every continent except Antarctica. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
