With affordable pricing plans that start at $9.99 a month, users get at least 10 virtual extensions and 300 minutes of inbound and outbound calls. Other features include advanced call forwarding, Internet fax, voicemail to email, dial by name directory, web management, caller ID, custom greetings, message alert, Outlook integration and Internet fax. Users may select a local or toll free number for their business, regardless of their location. RingCentral features an advanced voicemail system for your business. Whenever a caller leaves a voicemail message in your mailbox, you are notified through a text message and an email message. You may then check he voicemail by logging into your RingCentral online account, through the Call Controller, or by downloading an audio file attached to an email message sent to you. Voicemail messages come in digital audio files which may be played using most commonly used applications. This provides you with a wide range of options for easy access to your voicemail messages. And with the RingCentral Mobile app, you can listen to voicemails the same way you listen to music. Just tap on a voicemail message to listen to it. Using the seek bar, you may rewind, forward, pause or play a voicemail message. You may also check your voicemail by calling your RingCentral number. All your voicemail messages are saved in your online account for 30 days, but the transaction details are saved indefinitely.

You can check your messages from anywhere when it’s convenient for you and you no longer have to worry about missing calls. New voicemails are stored for an unlimited time, up to 200 message, in your online account. All your messages will also be stored indefinitely in your Call Controller inbox. And you can store them locally to listen when offline.

RingCentral has several voicemail delivery and notification options:

Email
New voicemails will immediately be sent to you as a .wav file that you can play over your computer speakers. Open the email, click the icon, and the message plays on your computer speakers.
Call Controller, a real-time desktop call management tool
Click the Call Controller icon in your computer task bar, the Call Controller will open. Click to open the Message folder. Click the icon to listen any message in any order.
Your online account
Log in to your online account, click "Messages" in the main menu. Click the icon to listen any message in any order.
Your phone
Simply call your RingCentral number from anywhere in the world and log in. If you use a local number, leaving and listening to voicemail by phone is FREE—you won't be charged any minutes.
