You can check your messages from anywhere when it’s convenient for you and you no longer have to worry about missing calls. New voicemails are stored in your online account for up to 30 days—and you can store them locally to listen when offline.
RingCentral has several voicemail delivery and notification options:
- Email
New voicemails will immediately be sent to you as a .wav file that you can play over your computer speakers. Open the email, click the icon, and the message plays on your computer speakers.
- Call Controller, a real-time desktop call management tool
Click the Call Controller icon in your computer task bar, the Call Controller will open. Click to open the Message folder. Click the icon to listen any message in any order.
- Your online account
Log in to your online account, click "Messages" in the main menu. Click the icon to listen any message in any order.
- Your phone
Simply call your RingCentral number from anywhere in the world and log in. If you use a local number, leaving and listening to voicemail by phone is FREE—you won't be charged any minutes.
