RingCentral features an advanced voicemail system for your business. With intelligent voicemail management features, you can access your messages wherever you are, and return calls easily and immediately. Whenever a caller leaves a voicemail message in your mailbox, you are notified through a text message and an email message. You may then check he voicemail by logging into your RingCentral online account, through the Call Controller, or by downloading an audio file attached to an email message sent to you. Voicemail messages come in digital audio files which may be played using most commonly used applications. This provides you with a wide range of options for easy access to your voicemail messages. And with the RingCentral Mobile app, you can listen to voicemails the same way you listen to music. Just tap on a voicemail message to listen to it. Using the seek bar, you may rewind, forward, pause or play a voicemail message. You may also check your voicemail by calling your RingCentral number. All your voicemail messages are saved in your online account for 30 days, but the transaction details are saved indefinitely.
