RingCentral features a message alert service which notifies users of every new voicemail or fax message. As soon as the message arrives in the mailbox, the user receives an email and a text message. This way, users may immediately access their mailbox and listen to important messages, or read important and urgent faxes. Message notifications may be sent to any phone number, even to temporary mobile phone or landline numbers, when you are out of the country. By configuring the settings on your RingCentral Mobile account, you may change the number to which message notifications are sent. Through message alerts, users do not have to worry about faxes not arriving on time and them not being able to read it soon. And since RingCentral works with a any Internet-connected computer, users can simply log in to their account and download the fax or voicemail message. You may also access your messages through your email address or your iPhone, through the RingCentral Mobile iPhone application. All messages are recorded in the call log, enabling users to keep track of all faxes, regardless of where they accessed it.
