Great Place to Work® Institute, the global renowned career culture authority has announced the ‘Best Workplaces in Greater China™ 2021’ award list. We are very proud to announce that RingCentral is named ‘Best Workplaces in Greater China™.
This year 61 companies made it to the list. Great Place to Work® Greater China applied the survey to more than 150 companies with more than 200,000 employees in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In order to qualify for the list, organizations must reach satisfactory requirements in both the Trust Index® Survey and Culture Audit®. The survey assesses employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust, and is decisive for being selected for the “Best Workplaces in Greater China™”.
In September, RingCentral was certified by Great Place to Work® through their Trust Index© survey. The average total score of the survey was 88% in 2020. We’re proud to say RingCentral China’s score hit 97%. And 99% of RingCentral China employees surveyed said: ” This is a great place to work. ” RingCentral China won this honor with a high score for the first participation, showing the company’s management philosophy and corporate culture has established an excellent workplace with respect, camaraderie, trust, pride and fairness for employees.
Creating a high-trust, high-performance workplace is not an easy task, especially during the past 2 years. Many companies have gone through the worst threat but RingCentral stayed together and grew stronger during the global pandemic.
