RingCentral Mobile is completely integrated with Microsoft, enabling users to have a convenient work and communications system. Upon signup, RingCentral Mobile subscribers can instantly configure their RingCentral account and integrate it with their existing Microsoft Outlook account. This way, users may send and receive faxes through Outlook. Sending and receiving faxes are as easy as sending an email, wherein you may attach any document type. This preserves the quality of documents, and enables easier modifications and handling of different files. Moreover, existing Outlook contacts are included in the RingCentral contacts list. When existing contacts dial your RingCentral number, their name and other existing information are displayed in their caller information. In the same way, you may send a fax document to any of your existing Outlook contacts. Aside from Outlook, users may also send a fax directly from any Microsoft application such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. By clicking o the Fax icon on the toolbar, an open document may instantly be sent to another fax number, whether it is a traditional line or another Internet fax account. You may also call any number straight from your Outlook account using the RingOut function.
